No one is safe...

I tell everyone to take care of themselves:  eat the right kind of foods, get enough sleep, study hard.  It is important to control the things you can.  Sometimes you can't.

Freshman Carly Sweeney broke her hand doing something everyone has done a hundred times in practice:  hit someone during a butterfly set (actually concussed the person she hit).  Unfortunately, that excuse does not make her exempt from the roaming eye of my camera when another coach puts her on a stationary bike with a snorkel and a nose clip.  Too good!
